Nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o, a corrida contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de duzentas e trinta crian\u00e7as entre 2 e 13 anos, uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 66,6% a mais que no primeiro ano. O evento, que acontece desde 2017, foi idealizado pelo educador f\u00edsico Whering Aires Cardoso, atrav\u00e9s de uma proposta apresentada ao prefeito municipal e colocada em pr\u00e1tica desde ent\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00a0Corrida da Paz tem como principal objetivo incentivar a pr\u00e1tica de esportes entre os jovens. Sendo assim, as pr\u00e9-inscri\u00e7\u00f5es aconteceram nas escolas da cidade antecipadamente e no dia da corrida as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es foram abertas para crian\u00e7as de outros munic\u00edpios. O evento foi totalmente gratuito, fornecendo aos competidores transporte, camisas personalizadas, \u00e1gua e frutas.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u00e9m disso, assim como no ano passado, a Prefeitura Municipal realizou uma parceria com a Resende Trail Run, recebendo em Coronel Xavier Chaves a \u00faltima etapa do desafio 2019. A competi\u00e7\u00e3o obteve duzentas e setenta pessoas inscritas, com percursos de 6km, 13km e 22km.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"rl-gallery-container rl-loading\"
