text-align: justify;\">O Munic\u00edpio de Coronel Xavier Chaves retomou os procedimentos de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria do Restante do Bairro Vila F\u00e1tima, ap\u00f3s legitima\u00e7\u00e3o de 80 t\u00edtulos na administra\u00e7\u00e3o anterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Neste momento encontram-se em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o dois processos:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">O primeiro a cargo da COHAB-MG a legitima\u00e7\u00e3o das casas do Conjunto Habitacional S\u00e3o Francisco de Assis, atrav\u00e9s do Decreto n\u00ba 3195 de 30 de outubro de 2019 que \u201cInstitui Comiss\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria Urbana do Munic\u00edpio de Coronel Xavier Chaves\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">O Segundo a cargo da Prefeitura Municipal de Coronel Xavier Chaves a legitima\u00e7\u00e3o do restante do Bairro Vila F\u00e1tima atrav\u00e9s de duas etapas:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Primeira Etapa \u2013 Licita\u00e7\u00e3o processo 24\/2019, Modalidade Convite 03\/2019 de 22 de julho de 2019, com o objeto de Contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de Empresa Especializada para Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7o de Engenharia (Topografia e Geoprocessamento) a fim de promover a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria de im\u00f3veis urbanos do Munic\u00edpio de Coronel Xavier Chaves, com ordem de servi\u00e7o N\u00ba 02\/2019, autorizando a Empresa SAGATEC LTDA, CNPJ 28.514.938\/0001-49, em 19 de agosto de 2019, iniciar os servi\u00e7os de campo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Segunda Etapa \u2013 Ser\u00e1 a legitima\u00e7\u00e3o de Propriedade do restante do Bairro Vila F\u00e1tima e entrego dos T\u00edtulos individuais a todos os Moradores do Bairro Vila F\u00e1tima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
